I had my first session with Michelle this morning she was absolutely great I haven't trained in a while so she knew when to push me on but also recognised when I was struggling I felt really comfortable and can't wait for Thursday for my next PT session #romewasntbuiltinaday

After trying out so many different ways to keep fit I finally found something that I enjoyed as well as finding beneficial, not only were the PTs extremely personal but also outside the sessions Michelle was so helpful ! Can't wait to go back again would highly recommend More...

After years of training iv finally found the balance between getting fit and being able to enjoy life! Michelle has thought me how to train hard and get the best results and how to eat healthier without feeling restricted or on "a diet". She teaches about Mindset and how you can make this a lifestyle and not just quick fix for a few weeks. After the 1st 4 weeks i lost a dress size and have so much more energy , now I'm continuing to lose weight and tone up and get stronger every session. I feel not just healthier but happier .

Training with Michelle for the last 12 weeks . I love her approach to fitness and nutrition .She's not one to watch you she's actually working out with you. I'd never been inside the door of a gym ,from the very first session it's been so enjoyable and still is .Michelle's extensive knowledge of nutrition has motivated me through the 12 weeks I've been training and I've made changes to my diet that will be long term lifestyle choices .I've dropped a dress size and feel great !
Michelle knows what works and gives you the mindset and motivation to make it work for you too !
