I am qualified in HR, Payroll and bookkeeping and hold qualifications for all three.

I am also a CIPD level 7 finalist, completion of this is imminent (all exams passed - just coursework remaining).

Q&A

Seeing the difference good HR can do for businesses. I enjoy finding solutions that not only work for the employee, but the company too as I feel this element is very often overlooked by HR professionals.

Knowing that I could help more businesses by starting my own business. I understand that SMEs do not necessarily need or want a full time individual for HR, payroll or bookkeeping.

I am not a typical HR person - I work for the needs of the business, and have a person-centred approach to wellbeing and engagement.

I can also offer bookkeeping and payroll support - so clients have one place for all their back office functions.

I concentrate on building long term relationships with my clients so that I may get to know their employees and the nuances of their business.
