My husband and I are the definition of crazy dog parents. We have two very needy and spoiled German Shepherds, Jax and Nick, who had never been boarded or apart for us until a year ago when we took a vacation. We were referred to Hot Diggity from a friend in the dog daycare industry. They are AMAZING. We have now done private boarding with Hot Diggity 5+ times in the past 2 years, recently for 15 days while we were on our honeymoon.Why we love them:Their boarding prices are extremely reasonable compared to other facilities.We love that our dogs can be picked up 24 hours a day.For $1 a day we get "pupdates" including a photo. Literally makes our entire day receiving these. Our dogs actually get 1 on 1 play time with the staff, without extra charges. We have received photos of them outside playing in the hose, puppy pools, and with toys.The staff has ALWAYS been friendly and happy to give us updates on how they're doing when we call or email in. Our dogs have NEVER come home sick, injured, timid, or anything that has been concerning. Sometimes they're a little dirty/smelly from the outside water play, but nothing a nice bath at home didn't fix.Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for boarding for their dogs. Everyone is friendly and helpful. My dog loves coming here. We recently got a new dog and the trainer Marissa is very helpful in trying to locate what would be best to train him, so we can save money. The price is affordable.

I was super nervous about finding a place for my puppy's first haircut. I found this one on yelp and decided to try it since is so close to me. I called and explained what my pup needed and the girl squeezed us in the very same day. The place is super cute and the staff are all super nice. You can tell they actually enjoy their job. Porschee my puppy looked adorable and she seemed very happy too. This will definitely be our go too for now on. I'm even looking into training for her here. More...

We have been boarding our two dogs and have used convenient drop in daycare for the past year. Always find the staff cheerful and helpful. The staff keeps records of vaccinations , so I feel more comfort with potential exposure to communicable diseases. You have access to webcams so you can monitor your pets. This place is my baby girls Addison second home and it is always clean and fresh. I love watching her on the cameras that I can log into to see my girl. Employees are the best! My girl Addison loves all the employees even the ones that give her a bath and make her look beautiful for me when I pick her up . The employees are always trying to help with just a little extra TLC when they slow down.Cant wait for the new building to open with the training center, water park and bakery. Hot Diggity Dog is great. I've used their day care, overnight boarding, and grooming services. I appreciate that I can drop off or pick up at anytime because the facility is always staffed. Moss loves this daycare! And they love him! The staff are kind, bubbly, considerate, and genuinely appearing to put the pups before themselves. My boy was boarded there for a week in September and they took excellent care of him, allowing me to take care of business free from worry. For those considering the training opportunities they provide, from experience I can also say that Marissa is excellent both in working with the dogs and with the pet-parents. She is a solid communicator and she follows through with her training intentions. If you're obsessed with your dog like I am and you're wanting her to blast you with training videos, she totally will. I could easily take Moss to a daycare much closer to the house but I choose to stick with Hot Diggity Dog because they're pawesome. We’ve been using HDDD for a while now. This was the first time our dogs were boarded long term (over 10 days) and participated in all day daycare during their boarding. First of all we found it to be very affordable. Two of my dogs had medication which we’ve never had an issue with the staff administering. I expressed my concern for one of my dogs being in large dog daycare because our former boarding facility in another state used to let her go into small dog to be with our shin tzu to help calm her anxiety. They couldn’t do that here which was fine but when I explained how my dog behaved they were very understanding and commented that it was common for her breed (which I knew) so I was very relieved they had experience with that. I got some pictures and updates throughout their stay. Response time was very quick. All 3 of our dogs did fantastic in daycare and boarding overall. They were anxious and high strung when we picked them up which they have been before. So we will be doing daycare boarding for every stay from now on. We find the staff to be very friendly. More...

We send a heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful staff at Hot Diggity Dog daycare & boarding (Buffalo & Cheyenne). We have been customers for several years now. Our situation requires us to travel out of state & as much as we would love to take our little Corgi-Mix, Mia, we also have to take into consideration her comfort. As she is in her 10th year of life, we try to minimize disruptions to her daily schedule. We have tried boarding at vet hospitals, other daycare/boarding facilities, but when dropping her off, she cries & pulls, which tears at our heartstrings and is obvious to us she is not happy there. Also, other facilities aren’t as flexible with drop off & pick up. 24/7 access to our Mia is of utmost importance to us as we know she is never left alone. The add-on services allow us to structure her stay the way we know will make her more comfortable. When we drop her off, she recognizes where shes at, walks right in & portrays no signs of anxiety or fear. The ‘pupdates’ are fun to receive & curb our separation anxiety. Also, we can call and add playroom time so we can watch her play through the online video. The menu of services is geared towards providing your pet a tailored, safe, comfortable & all around happy stay. We know the challenges faced when leaving our pet, but having the confidence in the services & staff at Hot Diggity Dog make these difficult separations tolerable. Thank You!!!! More...

The place is clean, everyone is wonderful there. I don't have to worry when I am out of town. I don't know what would I've done without HDD. I bought a small dog breed puppy and couldn't leave him at home alone so I started taking him there one month ago. It is 3 minutes away from my home!It took around 5 minutes only to fill out the paper record and update his medical records. They are very simple and straight forward. They are also very transparent. They post webcams for the public to see online because they don't have anything to hide and they post their prices and packages online. I started with private daycare only (no dogs - human interaction only) because he is a puppy and I want him to sleep for at least 15-17 hours a day. In the next few days I noticed that the staff know him by name so I knew they check on him regularly. Then I started mixing up private daycare and small dog area daycare. He plays with everyone humans or dogs. I love how the staff treat him. They are very patient as he can be energetic and attention seeker :) He also doesn't look outside from the windows like other dogs so I know he is enjoying his time there.My only concern is the capacity of the staff. They go above and beyond and love dogs but they can be very overwhelmed sometimes. I've been meaning to write a review about this place but they are SO amazing! It's clean, the staff is friendly and loves our dog, and they have cameras so you can see your pup. Our Winston gets to play all day with other dogs his size! I would recommend paying the extra $1 for daily pup updates, look at how happy he looks! Amazing place to bring your dog(s) for either daycare or boarding! Staff is amazing here! They have video cams set up in the daycare areas so you can log in and see your pup playing if you start to miss them or just want to check up on them. Has private boarding if your dog doesn't do well with other dogs or if they are just getting to old to play anymore.
