Ember staff went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten free diet. They made substitutes to their menu to make an appetizer gluten free for me, above what any other restaurant has done. Austin was our server and he was very helpful with the menu, asking about gluten free substitutions, and overall just a wonderful server. Our family frequents SSI several times a year since our family lives here. We have our favorites and our family often is very opinionated over where our meals should be eaten. Thank gosh that Bubba Garcia's was closed for a wedding. Thank goodness we took our party of twelve into this place. We loved the menu. We loved sharing plates of gnocchi, of grilled Caesar salad, of Brie cheese and jam, of perfectly prepared steak...every person loved every plate. Don't hesitate to try this place! More...

Ate here on a Sat night during RSM PGA. Food, Service, Ambiance on point. Cool place, great food, ambiance was vibrant, and dress up. Service was a well coordinated effort to our table. App- get the Brie/Bread/Jam. Save the leftover Jam for the meal, it pairs well with pork and fish. Just a cool place to eat. Meal was well prepared with subtle surprises in taste, texture and smell. Only way it gets better is if you booked the Hampton across the street and don't have to drive! Thanks, if we are back to St Simons, we will be back to Ember More...
