Military Workout at Hartlepool
I provide group and one to one sessions. As well as being a qualified PT and many other qualifications, I am also a Sports Massage Therapist and I throw Sports Massage into the program for free when people commit to a minimum of 12 week PT program.
What is it?
Fun, Fitness, Army style. No two classes are the same. It is challenging, innovative and fun. Military Workout offers outdoor group military style fitness classes aimed to get you off the couch and into the open. No matter what, we will be there with you, pushing you on to reach your goals whilst having fun training with others.
Who is it for?
Fitness training for Men and Women. Anybody from the ages of 16 and above with an interest in physical fitness. We cater for different levels of fitness by splitting the group into 3 different physical ability groups to help you to receive a challenging workout designed to improve your fitness, but one that is never beyond your ability.
The benefits of outdoor military fitness.
It’s outdoor training, so that means fun, lots of space and fresh air which is something that you won’t find in an indoor gym. It will relieve stress, make you happier, and you will have all of the surroundings of the lovely park. Our classes will make sure that you are trained in all aspects of fitness.
