I provide group and one to one sessions. As well as being a qualified PT and many other qualifications, I am also a Sports Massage Therapist and I throw Sports Massage into the program for free when people commit to a minimum of 12 week PT program.

This is a great way of hard training ;together with a lovely group of people (all with different levels of fitness)..different workouts every day.
Fantastic motivation from a friendly instructor with the benefits of training outside .(no more babysitting excuses, kid's can play while you workout)!! Recommend it to anyone who wants fantastic results!

I started this Military Training back in January and I must say its fab!!! Every session I go to is different and most certainly works muscles I didn't know I had. I'm still enjoying it now, in fact I enjoy it more now as I'm starting to see results and I feel much fitter and healthier.
