How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The number one predictor of training goal success is the ability to remain consistent. We take into account your daily lifestyle, making some tweaks to increase program adherence, and transitioning towards meeting your fitness/lifestyle goals.
We also use cutting edge technology to monitor and manage our programming, in addition to the results that you are going to see.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The 80/20 rule. Our biggest factor, is that our programming is a lifestyle. It is not a 6 week crash diet or fad cleanse.
We want you to be able to socialize, vacation and enjoy your time away from work. We make sure that you have the knowledge and ability to make good decisions to reach your goals.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to help people become the best version of themselves, and live life to the fullest!
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be able to help people more, and reach a larger target area within the DFW area & offer services that were unavailable to myself as an athlete.
