I call out 7 days a week, including week ends and bank holidays. to fix and advise on pc and laptop problems. This includes hardware and software problems - everything from dead computers and broken screens to internet connectivity, viruses, slow computers and recovery of precious lost data and pictures. I sometimes give tuition on using Android tablets.

What do you love most about your job?
Meting interesting people and helping with their frustrating computer problems.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A great interest in the internet and new technology. I have a BSc in IT and business, I am an A+ certified PC technician, qualified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and so on.
