I offer people the chance to improve their physical and mental health through personal training and nutritional advice. Furthermore I listen to people issues with health and fitness and work with them to overcome the struggles with maintaining a diet or frequency at the gym. I currently compete in bodybuilding which forces me to stay 100% motivated and understand the struggle to to stay motivated after a long day however I use this to improve the mental attitude towards training with my clients and make it enjoyable by training how you want to be trained. This is all about you, my focus is on getting you from where you are to where your wanna be as fast as possible in a way that is fun, sustainable and as a positive impact on your life.
