I would recommend this estate agency to everybody. From my first meetup with Oliver Karamouzis to the end of the transaction he was courteous, always answered any e mails I sent within 30 mins. Always found out the answers to my questions. Stephanie was lovely too. The team seemed to understand the predicament I was in after being very messed about by another local estate agent and my purchase went very very smoothly in 4 weeks. In the last two years I have purchased three flats through MGY and have found their Sales Team and Management to be excellent with great service and able to coordinate the purchases by liaising with the Sellers and both sets of Solicitors. Timetables were met on each purchase and support was given in liaising directly with my Mortgage Broker.I have also used MGY’s fantastic Residential Lettings Department which have given my wife and I a complete service including advising on rents, selecting appropriate Tenants, managing the inventories and tenancy agreements for the four flats that we own and managing their tenancy agreements and their renewals.
