What can we say- Briggsy is an absolute ledgend, We found him on Instagram and instantly loved his photos we were both a bit nervous we hadn’t actually met him until the day of our wedding and throughout the whole process he was informative and willing to offer advice to any questions and open to any ideas we had & from the minute we met he made us feel so comfortable and at ease broken leg and all, we laughed so much he is just an awesome guy! I remember planning my wedding many years ago and searching through photographers online. The minute that I stumbled across Briggsy’s photos years ago I was absolutely amazed! Briggsy just has pure natural talent and love for what he does and this absolutely shines through. Our whole wedding experience wouldn’t have been the same without him! He was so friendly, calming and knowledgeable on our wedding day and as a person who wasn’t very comfortable with taking “couples” photos he guided us through and captured the most natural and beautiful photos and all our special moments. After meeting Briggsy we decided to lock him in straight away because we didn’t want to miss out. He was everything we were about and wanted for our wedding day: relaxed and fun. He was the first supplier we booked. As soon as Briggsy rocked up to photograph my bridesmaids and I, I knew it was going to be an enjoyable, stress-free day. He is full of energy (and hilarious) which calmed my nerves. You don’t want a quiet or boring photographer telling you how to pose; you want excitement and to get the party started! We are generally awkward with public affection but being photographed felt so natural. We’ve received many compliments on how much we are smiling and laughing in all our photos. These moments were not at all forced which is what we loved (maybe a couple were, but they’re for family!) The sunset photos are our absolute faves! Stunning. Briggsy, what an absolute flurry of personality. He was the very first supplier that we booked once we locked in our date. We were adamant that he had to be our photographer before we even met him. In fact we could have happily booked him without meeting him. He is so very informative through the whole process. Any questions we had, he had an answer to and was always willing to provide suggestions. On the day, when Briggsy arrived at our location he certainly brought the party with him. He made everyone feel so comfortable with his presence and made the day even more enjoyable. Not even sure where to start, except Briggsy is a dead set legend. From the minute he walked through the door he had us & our wedding people so pumped & ready to go. Michael covered our wedding a couple of weeks ago and we were very very pleased with the service from start to finish. We met up and spoke on many occasions about the day and what we wanted from a photographer, had a pre wedding shoot which made us surprisingly relaxed and got us in the mood for the big day, on the day Michael was on time and went about taking pictures that we had discussed and lots of his own creative and natural shots without us really even noticing. Throughout the wedding he kept to time scale and captured all of the shots we wanted and again lots more natural and creative ideas. We viewed and had access to the pictures online within a week of the wedding and they are simply wonderful, we could not be more happy with them and can not wait to have them developed - just need to choose from all of the great photos now!. We cannot stop looking at our amazing wedding pictures, thanks to the very talented Mike. Words can't describe how pleased we are with how well he captured our day. We had so much fun with it at the same time and that was all down to him making us feel so relaxed and at ease. So many of our family and friends commented on what an incredible photographer we had and we couldn't agree more. We wanted someone who was unlike the traditional wedding photographers and that's exactly what we got with Mike, who is literally a creative genius. We were even graced with a rainbow to top off our special day, which of course Mike was as excited about as much as we were!

Briggsy... WOW... Where do we even begin? From the moment we stepped out of our inital meeting with you 18 months before our wedding, we knew you were the perfect person to capture our big day. Our confidence and trust in you was the one thing that we never changed our minds on once throughtout the entire planning process. Fast forward to our wedding day and your enthusiams and the pure joy you brought along with you was completly infectious. We truly felt like you were as happy and excited for us as our friends and family were. Every laugh and every smile on our faces for the entire day was 100% genuine - the bridal party and Pat and I felt so comfortable and relaxed and most of all, we were having fun. We did not want our wedding day to be a stiff or formal affair and your precence there certainly put all of us in the mood to party from the first moment of the day through to the last. Our friends and family have not stopped raving about 'that awesome photographer' and many of our guests thought you must have already been a close personal friend of ours because you were just so genuinly happy for us all day. And then came the photos. We are so, so blown away by our wedding photos and have spent hours staring at them already. Whenever we look back on them, we can feel the happiness and excitment we were feeling that day coming right out of the images. They are beautifully shot and excude so much love. They are going to serve as the most amazing memories of just how awesome our wedding day was and they will take pride of place, proudly on display in our home for the rest of our lives. Briggsy brought fun, laughter and banter to our whole day getting rid of any nerves we had and making it relaxed and full of fun memories. Besides our family photos no other photos were too staged, and we had fun during every photo! Right from the get go walking into our “getting ready” photos nothing was too serious and he made those first awkward moments abolsutrly fun and relaxed! Our day was stress free and any questions we had leading up to the day were never too much! He even helped coordinator with our vendors on the night to move around the running of the reception to make sure we got those perfect sunset shots! Simply put, Michael Briggs (or Briggsy) is amazing at what he does. He's energetic, passionate, professional, helpful and organised. When we received our online album, my husband and I did exactly as Briggsy suggested; we settled down together, our favourite Elton John CD playing in the background, and our pup running around us as we viewed each and every photo from the day. I can say with total confidence that Briggsy really did capture our wedding day organically. Trav and I had a number of photographer appointments booked in early on in the wedding planning process. Briggsy was first up. ..after meeting him, we promptly cancelled all other meetings on the way home! His open, friendly, helpful manner was apparent from the get go! We knew we could trust him to capture our day...but he went so far above and beyond! He made our friends and family feel comfortable and everything was natural and candid, exactly what we wanted! We were lucky enough to have Briggsy shoot our small wedding as part of our package with The Elopement Collective and honestly I couldn't imagine our day any other way - because of this guy! My husband and I were a little nervous about the photography part as we had never met Briggsy or worked with him before, but we shouldn't have been! The moment we met him, we were greeted with the biggest smile and the calmest nature, seriously Michael is just a super cool guy which made us instantly feel at ease. Briggsy ! What an amazing photographer....seriously 1 in a million. You will never find any one like him. Michael or as everyone calls him 'Briggsy' was the life of the party or should I say wedding. He gave both my wife and I the most amazing wedding day experience. Normally wedding photos are so stiff and staged , so unromantic for what should be the most romantic day of your lives. But Briggsy let's you be who you are, nothing was staged, it was romantic and fun and it was exactly how we wanted our wedding. The photos turned out amazing, sitting down with a glass of wine and looking at what Briggsy captured was spot on. Having Briggsy as our wedding photographer wasn't even a question when we began the whole wedding planning process. So stoked we locked him in. His non-stop energy and enthusiasm was essential on the day, especially when you were dealing with a super zombied-out couple who hated being in the spotlight on any given day. If you are looking for a down to earth, fun loving, funny and in general great guy to photograph your wedding - then you can't go past Briggsy! My husband and I hired Briggsy as our photographer based on his great personality and love of photography, well love of weddings in general really (it was because of Briggsy that we decided on our celebrant, who was also awesome). Briggsy was the best!!! Not only is he a great guy, full of laughs, super chilled and so fun to be around. But he also takes a bloody good picture! ! We were so happy with our snaps and honestly felt like Michael was a guest at our wedding who was genuinely excited to be there. His pictures are taken in such a natural way that you forget there is a camera pointed your way for most of the day and that style of shooting is definitely captured in his pictures. It's pretty easy to understand now why Michael has so many awesome reviews on his page. Not only does he shoot some amazing photos, but more importantly for me he was so easy to work with on the day.
