I picked MIC business card up off a reception desk having had ongoing problem with IT in our offices. We now feel fortunate to have done so. From their first visit I was assured that the individual in front of me would be able to help us with our ongoing problems. In the 2 months since we have been in contact with MIC, we have resolved many of the long nagging office IT issues that I’m sure dog many small and medium size businesses. The confidence we have taken from our experience thus far have ensured we feel assured as we move towards site/cloud storage backup solutions with MIC. We have found working with MiC Computers to be friendly, brisk, simple and reliable. They always are at the end of the phone to help with any issues we may have. In the first instance, we have contacted MiC Computers with a home desktop PC issue but we were so impressed by the prompt and efficient service, so we have decided to hire them for all our company computing requirements and maintenance. Our new office needs were arranged and met with excellence and we have already purchased several pieces of equipment.
