If I could give zero stars I would but that's not an option-flew in from Baltimore, MD. Flight was supposed to land at 11:20 pm and that's when our reservation was. However our flight was delayed a half hour and no one was there and when we called the office number they were closed despite not yet being 11:59 which is when their recording said they were closed. I don't normally take limos but I would highly recommend people don't use this company since they're not very reliable and you can't even contact them. More...

I hired these guys to drive me and the family to the airport on a Saturday before Christmas. The driver showed up 30 minutes early. As part of the wedding party mentioned by Kathy McCormick, I would like to second her complaints. The stress of arriving behind schedule was completely unacceptable. How is it you are "getting gas" at the time you are supposed to be picking up a bridal party downtown? Then no apologies? Really little acknowledgement at all? Terrible service. I hired MIB to transport my daughter to her wedding. The driver called 2 minutes prior to pickup and said he had to get gas. He was more than 15 minutes late. My daughter arrived late to her wedding! When I asked for a refund, I was offered 20%. What bride is willing to arrive late to her wedding for $40? In addition, the driver ran a stop sign! More...
