As someone whom has been involved in sport from an early age I have been to multiple physios over the years as i have suffered with back problems to weaknesses in muscles due to a major surgery that i had when i was younger on my right leg (compartment syndrome). I found marek to be the best one ive been to. Not only does he have a wealth of experience on how to rehabilitate weaknesses of various muscle groups, he also gets to work with his hands which seems like a dying art these days with most physiotherapists. He has worked on my muscles along with manipulation techniques that really helped, and provided a stretch and exercise programme to losen light muscles and strengthen the weakened areas.For me, from sporting injuries and tightness, to realigning poor posture, marek is your man.A great guy too.Highly recommend.Chris More...

I last went to Marek around 4 years ago for Physio on an tight achilles problem which was thankfully sorted by his expertise. Fast word to 2018 Ive been experiencing some hip and glute pain and didnt have to think twice about who I should see. Marek is knowledgeable, professional and genuine. You are made to feel super comfortable from the outset and know that he wants to find a solution to the problem. After my session I feel amazing, no more pain or discomfort. I have been seeing Marek for around 4 years now. I consider myself fortunate to have found MHCPT. Marek is an extremely knowledgeable & experienced physiotherapist and pilates instructor. He carries out detailed assessments before working on initial remedial treatment and, where appropriate, planning a long term rehabilitation and tailored exercise programme. After breaking my arm and tearing my rotator cuff the NHS physio was failing me so I did a quick Google search and was lucky enough to find Marek very local to me. From assessment to present day, Marek has been incredible. He's very knowledgeable, professional and a great person.
