Went for the first time today for an assessment on a few issues that I've ignored, I have to say what a great service today, listened to all my issues and worked through them one by one. Can't recommend them enough, after struggling with my back and shoulders for months after today's session there's significant improvement.I will definitely be using there services again More...

Q&As

Getting a client out of a painful condition and seeing the look of relief on their face!

I had considerable experience in many aspects of therapy, I had study hard, travelled miles, invested many many hours and thought it was the right time to be my own boss.

Therapy is a massive field with so many different therapies and approaches to help resolve a clients problem.
Nobody is a master of all the therapies out there but I feel I am more than competent in what I know and am always trying to improve on what I know and how I to treat conditions that I come across on a daily basis.

I am always building my client base and I have an increasing number of regular clients so I guess I must be doing something right!

I would like to point out that I do not provide an aromatherapy type of massage - although there is nothing wrong with that - but I like to think I provide more of a clinical approach to treatment, looking at movement patterns, assessing joints, muscles, fascia and muscle and fascia chains.
I can provide both range of movement exercises and strengthening exercises where appropriate.

But if you are looking for a more relaxing massage session with no particular discomfort or pain condition that needs resolution, then I am more than capable of providing such a treatment, after all my initial training was in massage over 10 years ago so I have alot of experience in providing this type of soft tissue easing therapy.

I regularly read to revise and expand on my theoretical knowledge and complete several CPD courses each year to both increase and hone my skill set.

I am a member of NAMMT and The Society of Sports Therapists.
