We can provide maintenance solutions and options for your specific needs, such as soft wash cleaning, high pressure cleaning, chemical cleaning, roofing, waterproofing, tiling, laminate flooring, painting and built ins. We prefer to meet up with our clients on site to discuss their maintenance requirements and to evaluate and assess what options are available and how the job can be best performed to suit our client. Once we have discussed options on-site, a mailed quote will be sent within 24 hours, and any other possibilities may be discussed thereafter. We are so confident on our services that you will not be bound by any contracts. Instead, a simple agreement with price, schedule and your maintenance specifications is all we need, and you can cancel at any time if you are unsatisfied with the services being provided. Please be assured that MGJ Group will do the entire job at every scheduled appointment (as per your specifications.) We take pride in our reputation and our quality of work reflects this. We do not cut corners or rush through the maintenance process. We can accommodate staff and equipment as necessary to be absolutely certain that whatever maintenance task needs to be done, is done on time and without compromise.
