Grace is a Level 3trained body massage therapist.
After graduating in 2011 Grace spent 4 years travelling, living and working at various locations across the world including California and Latin America. This allowed Grace to gain experience in many different massage types and build on her training. Including Egyptian and intuitive techniques and Reiki which she often builds into her treatments.
Since graduation Grace has gained further qualifications in Indian Head, Hot Stone and Aromatherapy (VTEC diploma) with additional holistic courses in Egyptian and Intuitive techniques.
During the past 18 months living back in the UK Grace has developed her practice in Sports Massage, helping athletes and amateurs improve their training and recover from big events and injury.
Grace has experience of working with chronic back pain, general muscle tension caused by musculoskeletal conditions, muscle damage from bad posture, an injury or bad working habits. As well as aches and pains encountered during pregnancy or after your baby is born. A full body session can also improve muscle tone, restore mobility, eliminate cramps, aching limbs and stiff muscles.

Taking this ethos of wellbeing, she also offers a variety of mobile services for sporting events, pamper evenings and corporate events. She also offers work place massage to relax and rejuvenate employees, either at their desk or using a portable massage chair.
She enjoys using her various techniques to help the body, mind and spirit to heal, nurture, relax and rejuvenate. Grace believes massage is a great tool for dealing with stress and emotional events, and can reduce anxiety, improve self-image and increase awareness of the mind-body connection. Leaving you feeling invigorated, revitalised and refreshed.
