Metro eco

New combi boiler fitted last week with old tanks, cylinder and pipes removed plus a new relocated radiator for good measure. Was dreading it as I imagined a house in complete disarray during and after but I have been so pleased with the work and the results. All the team - especially Paul who led the project - were a pleasure to have around, kept me informed of when water / power would be and worked really tidily and carefully. There was hardly any cleaning up when they had gone and the whole project took just two days! I can’t thank Metro eco enough! Two bedroom lights wouldn’t work despite changing bulbs and checking fuse. Put a post onto Holmfirth group and metro eco was highly recommended. Communication over Facebook was great and the man that came to do the work was a credit to the company. He turned up on time, was very polite and friendly and he even offered to vac up the bits on the carpet afterwards. More...

Brilliant. Installed a new boiler for me a few weeks ago. It was done quickly and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Great chaps too. This morning I woke to a boiler fault, rang them at 8am - phone was answered immediately and the guy on the phone talked me through the fix there and then - no transfers, no 'wait a minute' - he knew the fault code and the fix and I was back in action within 5 minutes. I can't fault the amazing customer service Metro eco have given me. Drom the first call and then Tom coming out for a quote. Tom was very polite and professional, striving to help me get the best price and boiler. Once this was agreed this was it just took 2 days for a complete install. Both guys were polite and friendly and very helpful. I honestly can't "big" this conpany up... brilliant, you'll not be disappointed! More...

I had an appointment with them for 13:00 pm they were meant to come do some work, the guy rang me and said he is running late that he is still on a job ,so I stepped out to go to the store he was half an hour late nothing got done and now they are sending me a bill stating I owe then £78. 00 because they were there 13:00 on the dot and I was 30 minutes late which is all false as he was not there at the time stated as I've got all my evidence and camera log. They are very unprofessional and fraudulent and I would advice people to be very careful using their services. I give them one start cause at least the guy had the courtesy to ring me and said that he will be late but other wise I'd give them zero stars. More...
