CUSTOM is what I needed and CUSTOM is what I got! I just completed a high end renovation in Miami Beach and Herman came very highly recommended. We needed custom doors -- pocket, bifold, euro style, and they all had to match. No other resource offered to do that. Needless to say the job looks spectacular (I am an interior designer in New York) and we are now planning to use Herman for a Manhattan project and arrange for him to bring his goods north! Metro Door in Aventura saved my bathroom and just finished doing my kitchen. They are wonderful people to deal with, and Herman is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was very fortunate to retain Mr. Herman Alter and his team of professionals at Metro Door Aventura. I recently purchased a condo in Aventura and had a less than positive experience with another project manager. I knew the interior doors in the unit needed to be replaced among other things, and fortunately came across an ad for Metro Door Aventura in City Guide of Aventura, and also came across the company when searching the Houzz website.After going to the showroom, and meeting with Mr. Alter I realized that not only could he take care of the does but would be an excellent Project Manager and would have terrific design ideas for the entire renovation. The five references I checked confirmed that they should be retained. Because this is a second home, And I don't live in the area, during the project I was apprised of all progress with regular pictures sent to me via email. It provided much assurance that the work was moving on track.The project was finished on schedule, on budget and that included additional work that I requested. I had a wonderful experience working with Metro Door Aventura. My husband and I were initially overwhelmed with the work we wanted to do in order to upgrade our home. When we met with Herman he helped us organize the projects we wanted to complete and take things one step at a time. We were initially hesitant to trust anyone with working in our home to deliver what they had promised. Though, Metro Door Aventura put our concerns to rest quickly after working with them. The men came on time and worked very hard to complete every project in a timely manner. My family and friends were impressed with how quickly they worked. Herman made sure to double check all of the work that was complete and did not finish until we were satisfied. In total, we love the work that Metro Door Aventura completed for us. Our home has been transformed for the better, by Herman's wood work. The kitchen cabinets, Murphey bed, sliding doors, mirrors, door paneling and all the custom cabinetry were complete beyond our expectations.
