First be talking to the to find out what THEY perceive to be their biggest challenges. Make some suggestions for change and go from there. The best diet is the one the client believes in and adheres to.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Learn to hold yourself accountable. Create "systems" instead of setting goals. A system is a pattern of behavior that is designed to work toward an objective. As long as you are implementing your system, you are on track and doing fine.
What do you love most about your job?
I love most about owning my own business is the freedom to do what I feel is the best option. I get to inpact hundreds of people's lives every year and hopefully get them in shape both physically AND mentally. Fitness is 80% mental. Just like work and every other facet of your life.
