Consulting Services Proposal

MetaRail will provide company with a choice of service listed below. Services may be made available individually, or on a bundled basis.

A. Outline of Development Phases

1. Monetization Consulting Services


Management Consulting - Developing Strategies, objectives and goals with company on how to incorporate commerce monetization into their sites. MetaRail will provide company with market examples, industry trend profiles and case histories of client success. Services can be applicable to a developed site, or non developed site.

Optimization Consulting- Once company has implemented commerce monetization into site, MetaRail will provide feedback and insights into optimizations can be made for maximum revenues to company.

2. Design and Implementation of Site

Mockups- Includes customization of templates and individual units. MetaRail will produce unit wireframes or blueprints to be created, iterated, revised and implemented.

Design of Site- MetaRail will provide full graphic design services to company.

Development of Site- Production and development of site itself.

Embedding Monetization- Embedding commerce monetization into the site itself, along with functionality testing.

3. Recurring Services

Hosting Services - Hosting site(s) for client on MetaRail’s server

Content Management Partner- Strategy, build, and management of all content on company’s site.
