Training with Ryan has not only given me that extra push I needed but a different insight into training. No two sessions have been the same. Ryan is an incredibly professional and knowledgeable personal trainer. He’s been training me for many years helping me to achieve my goals of a bigger frame and strengthen my chest as my weakest component. As someone who has never really been a fan of going to the gym or working out in general, Ryan’s fun and infectious personality, cobbled with his unique practices have kept me right on track. Going to the gym with Ryan is like working out with your best friend, the only difference being that you’re pushed 10 times harder. He’s helped implement a number of techniques into my gym routine that I wouldn’t have learnt on my own and always ensures that I work to my maximum potential, so that I benefit from every rep of the workout. Since I have been training with Ryan I have noticed a massive difference in my balance and my core strength. He has given me confidence and helps me enjoy training and now I look forward to it so much more and doesn’t feel like a burden. My body shape has changed for the better and feel so much more toned.
