Finding something for me was really important being a new stay at home mom. With my older daughter, I went back to work. With my second daughter, I wanted something to look forward to during the week that was for me. Stroller Strides was just the perfect thing because my daughter could come with. The work outs are great, the moms are amazing and were always there when I needed someone to turn to. Now, almost 2 years later, my daughters love coming to class with me and seeing their friends, and so do i! And I can always count on a good kick butt work out in the process! More...

Miss Gen is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about early child development and provides a safe, fun, relaxed, happy atmosphere for exploring music with young children. First I would like to say that Miss Genevieve is the best. The kids love her, she's all heart. My son is now 2 years old and we have been with Merry Musicians for 2 seasons now, going on to our third. Every season there's something new, which keeps the kids interested. Working out and being physically fit has always been important to me. After having my son, I was having a hard time fitting the gym in because I was having to ask my mom to watch the baby or wait for my husband to get home from work. I tried working out from home but I really wanted to get out of the house. Stroller strides allows me to get my workout in without having to leave baby. It also has led me to a group of moms I can turn to with questions, concerns, rants, or whatever else baby- related. I just love this program ! Great way to start working out after having a baby ... I haven't worked out in such a long time because i just didn't have the energy or motivation . .. I also couldn't leave my 4 month old at home since he still breastfeeding I need to have him with me 24/7. This workouts are great, we work out while having the babies next to us. Having him with me gives me a peace of mind. Our trainer Samantha is just lovely and helps me out if I can't keep up with the workouts making them a bit easier for me. More...
