We have had the pleasure of Merry Maids' service every two weeks for many years now, in two different houses as well as our office space. Everyone is unfailingly courteous and accommodating. They notify you a day ahead of when your team will arrive, which is very helpful, and the team does a really good and efficient job. They did a fantastic job of cleaning our condo that we were listing the next day. Â Yolanda cleaned everything we asked plus more. Â She cleaned the fridge and microwave and made them look brand new. Â The entire condo sparkled and shined and we truly appreciated her hard work. Â It was well worth the cost that I think was very reasonable. I purchased this service for my parents in Clarence, NY. Due to some health restrictions, some tasks have become a bit challenging for them and having a maid service twice a month was a huge relief for all concerned. The maids, of which they send two people to do the job, are just so wonderful and they really love what they do. They pay great attention to detail and my mom just loves their willingness to address any specific issues she may have about a project. My parents feel they are very trustworthy to have in their home, they are true professionals and never leave without a fully clean home that both they and my folks are happy with. The owner is very personal and met with my folks early on in the process. I would highly recommend this company and ask that the community support this family owned business. More...
