My first time ever using a cleaning service, I was totally satisfied, the managment understood that they did not allocated enough time to do the deep cleaning as discussed in my discussion with the owner, they accomodated the time change and-the staff did a wonderful job. We used Merry Maids as our housecleaning service for the 16 years we lived in Falls Church. The front office staff was always accommodating to special requests and attentive to our few complaints. They communicated any schedule changes well in advance whenever possible. The cleaning teams were courteous and quick, and accommodated special requests. We've been using Merry Maids since about 2012-2013, for a small office space. They are prompt, usually very thorough, and quite reasonably priced. The maids vary, sometimes you get the same crew for a few weeks in a row, and that is always preferable. Some teams (usually come out in a team of 2) do a better job than others, but I have never been disappointed with the work done. Definitely recommend checking them out. More...

Great service! They did a wonderful job cleaning the entire house and very happy with how it looks. I have two pets and they did a terrific job getting up the dog and cat hair and love how they cleaned the kitchen and the bathrooms.
