I cannot say enough great things about Tina & Designs of the Times Florist. Tina was such a dream to work with. I showed her a few photos of what I was hoping for, for our wedding & she made my dream come to life, including creating a breathtaking last minute floral crown I decided I wanted (the crown was the perfect compliment to my dress & our beach wedding). Our flowers were absolutely beautiful & all of our guests raved over them. Every person on staff at this florist was so kind & easy to work with. They went above & beyond to answer questions as quickly as possible & even sent us photos to preview the bouquets before our wedding day (offering to change anything that we wanted changed - which wasn't necessary because they were perfection!) Along with our good experience with the staff & the beautiful flowers, Tina by far had the best prices around. They were reasonable & she helped us make sure we stayed in the budget I had initially created. I'm so grateful we had this beautiful business as a part of our wedding day. EDIT TO ADD: my boyfriend was given a full refund and I got a stunning replacement arrangement today. Thank you the Designs of Times for making this right! Adding two stars. EDIT TO ADD: someone has reached out to me to try to make the situation right and for that I am going to add a star. I am going to continue to edit until this is resolved. My boyfriend got me flowers for Valentine’s Day and specifically told them what he wanted and the colors he wanted. (I personally don’t care for roses or the pink and red flowers) I love sunflowers and Daisy’s. He got them delivered to me and there was only 2 sunflowers and lots of reds and pinks. He went back up there to make sure I didn’t get someone else’s flowers and they straight up told him we ran out of extra large sunflowers. They ended up pulling four out of somewhere however that is still not what my boyfriend ordered. They are gorgeous flowers and smell amazing but he definitely got ripped off. I can't thank Tina and Designs of the Times enough for the beautiful pieces she created for my wedding. Over the course of a few meetings together I came to realize that I needed to just let her work her magic and not ask for too specific of pieces, her creativity is inspiring, and she understood the vision I had for my wedding better than I did. She was also willing to work with us in regard to budget and maintaining that vision. On the day of the wedding, Alec and I were floored with how beautifully everything came together. Our ceremony site had an archway that she completely transformed with greenery and beautiful ivory flowers making it the talking point of our guests. My bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were absolutely gorgeous and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Great Flowers and service!- Flowers were fresh and gorgeously arranged.- Very friendly staff (Lisa) gave great over the phone advice. We discussed my wife's flower preferences and Lisa advised which flowers were in season and would complement each other. - They made a beautiful arrangement of purple orchids and white calla lilies with other greenery. The picture may not do it justice.- The vase itself was surprisingly nice. I think the vase part of the charge was nominal (~$5 maybe) but instead of the basic plain glass, it had a nice hourglass shape and banded glass design. It was the 1st time my wife wanted to keep the florist vase for future use.- As a nice touch, the care instructions (cut stems underwater, etc) were specific to the flowers that I ordered including temperature, avoiding direct sunlight, etc.- They honored the 10% discount for the Yelp check-in for the phone order.- My order was ~$69.50 and was superior to other florists I have used in the Brevard county area and equal or better than my favorite florist in Orlando. She carefully listens to what your needs and ideas of how you would like the arrangement to convey , she then  provides the arrangement with care at a reasonable price. My mom's birthday was coming up and I wanted to give her a wildflower bouquet.  I called around to the different florists in the area and no one had them or could get them for me. Then I called this florist and spoke with Lisa.  She was willing to do  it. This place is awesome. I've used other florists on Merritt Island & they were so so to unacceptable. But the people here are so nice & helpful & very reasonably priced. I used them for my brother's funeral based upon the recommendation from the funeral home. I also told our out-of-town guests who wanted to send flowers but didn't know the area to use them as well. Every arrangement & the casket spray was absolutely gorgeous. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The lilly's & roses are so fragrant, they make our whole house smell so good. Thank you Merritt Island Florist for being so kind & carring & for making such a difficult day so beautiful. You are now my go to florist for anything & everything!!
