From day one the team at Meridian have been absolutely incredible and I couldn't ask for more. Having had an awful experience with my previous agent, Meridian have ensured that every aspect of the renting process has been completed with ease. I don't fit into the 'ideal tenant' on paper but reality is often very different. The team at Meridian, particularly Tracey and James, saw me as an individual and not a statistic and that has continued. I have been on a few viewings recently as my current tenancy is coming to an end, Katie has been so patient with me. Again the way in which the Team have assisted and supported me has been fantastic. They are approachable and understanding. Nothing is too much trouble, whether that is a phone call, a face to face meeting, a viewing or a problem within the property.
