Thanks so much Matt, you improved our communication and trust and our relationship is much better now and going from strength to strength.

Really great it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say Matt saved my marriage. After a stupid mistake on my side our relationship is better than ever.

I have spent a lot of my life battling with my mind and it’s habit of constant, obsessive, repetitive (negative) thinking. To start to understand that I need to observe my thoughts/mind with kindness and observe my thoughts with interest and return to ‘the moment’ via the breath, has helped me enormously to feel I can move forward more peacefully.

One of the best experiences ever, I entered confused about the direction I wanted to go and troubled by some things from my past, but Matt's intelligence and patience as well as his insightful questioning all turned things around. Glad to have worked with him.

It is wonderful being a client of Matt. He makes me feel very comfortable in the room and he is willing to listen to everything I have to say. Furthermore, while discussing my difficulties; he is really understanding. His voice and accent are extremely soothing and always leaves me relaxed once I enter and leave the session. More...

Getting things of your chest can really clear your head so I would recommend to anyone hesitating.

It is not the first time I am in therapy. I have only been to 2 sessions. The first time in therapy, I did not have a great relation with the therapist, which was not here. Currently, I feel better about this. Personally I like an active way of communicating, which is happening. The location and how the room looks, is important for me. Going to therapy is a good thing. It has helped me on personal, family and social level. More...

Q&As

I love the fact that I am able to take people who have a problem and have realised they want to change and to help facilitate their personal growth. It's so rewarding to see clients who have met a turning point in life rise to the challenge and become the people they always wanted to be.

I wanted to create a counselling practice that would go beyond helping clients to get better during session time, continuing to add value to clients and the local community through courses, workshops and speaking engagements. I also wanted to drive clinical excellence and ensure high standards to care and outcomes for my clients.

As your counsellor, I will collaborate with you to find your best way forward.

Through the course of my life I've struggled with stress and anxiety. I would often feel myself in situations where I felt unable to cope, panicking and reacting to situations in unhelpful ways. Because of this, I know how hard life can be when you are facing these challenges. But it also allows me to know that overcoming problems is possible.

I received a diploma in Gestalt (Awareness) Counselling in London. I am also a qualified Mindfulness Teacher. I operate under UK counselling regulations and I have regular supervision. I am also working toward a Doctorate in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
