I have nothing but great things to say about my counselor, Christine. I have been a patient of hers for years on and off and she's always welcomed me back with no judgement whatsoever. I think you have to have a special bond with your counselor or else its not going to work out. You may not find the right counsellor on the first try and maybe they can recommend someone else that may be a good fit for you. It takes work, an open mind and trust on your part also. It really helps me to have someone to vent to and I know they're not gonna go tell everyone what I have said. More...
