I was an employee for them for about 3 weeks. I would've given no stars if that was an option. I experienced harassment and bullying by a co worker from the day I started working there. When I finally reported it to my supervisor, he brushed it off, and the harassment continued. When I conveyed my disappointment to him about the situation, he said "you need to take care of yourself" and saw my complaint as more of a problem then a violation of office conduct, which is what it was. His response was insulting. and then he said that I was being let go. His name is Michael Lasser. Instead of resolving the issue and putting an end to it, he let it happen. I'm not sure if either of them still work there but they have no place working in mental health care. His condescending and deameaning behavior as a supervisor was abhorrent and egregious. The fact that he calls himself a therapist is despicable and I highly discourage anyone from working there or associating with this business.

It can be a sad place. Front desk workers often laugh at you because of the way you look. When you suffer with bad vision and hair loss, it isn't funny. High turnover for counselors. Crisis workers are cruel. Many seem to be more about bringing someone further down as a mental health client than accepting people as we are. It's really sad.

I've been going here for a long time and I've never had a bad experience. They've always done what they could to help me

They try hard to listen, care, and help deal with our families needs. I just wish the case managers didn't switch out so much! You get acquainted and comfortable with one and they leave.
