Q&As

People I work with often come to realizations about themselves and how they have been operating that have huge impacts on the way they perform. Having a better understanding of yourself - from the inside out - is comforting, satisfying, and fulfilling. Helping people reach that point is incredibly satisfying for me as are the connections I make with my clients.

I simply love working with clients one-on-one and starting my own business has allowed me to do that on my own terms. Meaning, I can tailor my services and interactions with my clients to the way that I think is best for them. It allows me the flexibility to adapt and meet the individual needs of my clients.

Everything I do and teach with clients comes from evidence based research in the areas of psychology, sport psychology, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance behavior therapy, psychophysiology, and sociology. I am a firm believer that anyone who is attempting to work with another person's mind should be qualified, knowledgeable, and ethical - all of which I strive to be.

Beyond that my passion for this work is clear when I will spend 3,4,5 hours reading up on latest research, searching for new techniques/videos/resources to use in preparation for a session with a client. I'm passionate because I care and because I have seen first hand (in myself and others) the potential for mental training.
