I know little about Eunoia, however I personally know Manaca Joji the Coach since childhood
I have seen her stepping with success, She was always insightful and inspire people around her.
She is compassionate, and great in setting the goals for others. She lives her example, a good friend in need, will always empathetic.

What do you love most about your job?
I’m an entrepreneur in my soul and like to venture and succeed by connecting and collaborating with other likeminded action takers.
I believe mentoring is learning and growing together by motivating, advising, supporting, gently steering in the right direction. By sharing skills, knowledge & experience mentors can act as catalysts to mentees to help them fulfil goals and personal and professional development.

What inspired you to start your own business?
After two decades of experience, having had an incredible ride in the journey of life, personally and professionally navigating through the triumphs, the tribulations, the highs and the lows looking into the new horizons I ventured into fulfilling my other dream of being of value to other professionals, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.
I’m now pursuing my passion for teaching and training through coaching, mentoring and training entrepreneurs, young professionals, and Small Businesses owners how to transform their business to evolve & elevate it to the next level.
My passion is to share this expertise and experience gained to aid young professionals, entrepreneurs and small businesses enhance their success and grow exponentially. Being reflective with good insight and open -to- learning drives me to continuously develop my personal and professional skills and knowledge to excel and to be able to add value to clients and Organisations.
