Melvin was my Wedding DJ on a last minute service since my prior DJ cancelled on me and boy did he come through! Melvin kept the crowd dancing and knew everything about the perfect music selection, friendly, upbeat, kind, professional and was the perfect DJ for my wedding and all I can say is "thank you Melvin"!

Melvin Was our DJ for our wedding up at Arborcrest winery and he was amazing! There were multiple set up locations and a pretty tight timeline but he made the night flow seamlessly. He really knew how to read the room and was able to get people up and moving which made the reception a blast! Melvin also went above and beyond when it came to helping us plan out our big day. Melvin was our DJ for our wedding up at Gathering House in Ridgefield, WA. He is incredible at what he does! I had a list of song requests and he played all the music we requested. He is very energetic and he knows how to draw the crowd in. We never stopped dancing. When it came down to toasts, he knew how to talked to the audience and wanted everyone to have a turn at making a toast. I am so grateful DJ Melvin was able to DJ our wedding so last minute after our other DJ cancelled on us! He is a very outgoing, caring and experienced DJ! He played all the songs we asked, and did a phenomenal job of reading the crowd! We cannot say enough great things about DJ Melvin's performance at our wedding! From the start he was always very quick to respond with any questions or concerns that we had, even when we had changed our recessional song and needed a song edit the day before the wedding. During our event, he seemlessly fit in to our family and friends, and we still have peoply expressing to us how much they enjoyed him. As far as music goes, our professional and recessional timing went perfectly, he did an exceptional job getting us out and keeping everyone on the dance floor, and had the perfect music choices for all the background music during dinner and drinks.
So in conclusion, if you have been thinking of having Melvin, just go for it! You will not regret it! �

Just fresh off an event that Melvin dj’d and I can’t be more pleased with how our music and service turned out. For one, Melvin is a true professional. He delivered on everything he promised : prompt communication , met with my daughter & I, was on time, and executed my daughter’s very specific event instructions and playlist. Two, he never once complained about some last minute changes we had, he had a great attitude going with the flow and was a vibrant MC. Melvin did amazing at our wedding! From the moment we first met to discuss the day of, he was nothing but professional, timely, and knowledgeable! He was so helpful in working with us to figure out the best music to make the day unique to us and not just like any other wedding. He even went above and beyond and offered to come to our rehearsal and was able to help us practice the ceremony with our music choices. Our wedding went off without a hitch and that’s thanks to the awesome music choices and organization of Melvin.

Not only did the music sound amazing but the MC organization was on point too. I’m a type A person who wants things done a certain way and Melvin was able to organize our wedding perfectly and keep it on time and I didn’t have a single worry the entire day because I knew our schedule was in good hands!!

I wouldn’t hesitate to book him again for any type of event in the future. I was pleasantly surprised by all that he did within our budget!! More...

I was in the Pacific Northwest for a wedding and Melvin's DJ Service was amazing. Melvin met with the bride and groom and some of the wedding party to ensure everything ran smoothly. Having a program or timeline for the wedding/reception made it that much easier. If you have certain songs that you want played throughout and for special dances ensure those are annotated.

Melvin's personality was amazing. He's upbeat and wants to ensure he is making your event special. I recommend his service to my friends and family in the Pacific Northwest. More...

DJ Melvin was amazing! My husband and I were looking for a good DJ to help make our wedding memorable and a lot of fun! From the first time we met him we all hit it off immediately. In between the time we met him and actually married we went to a couple weddings that the music I would say was somewhat boring and didn’t really make me want to get up and dance. I love dancing btw ;) My husband went and met with Melvin again and he reassured us we were in good hands. Our wedding was amazing! The music was fun and flowed perfectly throughout he night. Even Aunt Joann got up and danced and hat was quite a surprise. I would highly recommend him! Thanks Melvin!
