TL:DR Great Price, Great Customer Service, Strong Communication and Super Trustworthy and wonderful to deal with! I will definitely do business with again! Detail: I had recently purchased two Technics SL1200M3ds from Craigslist at a great price. However, the tables needed to be restored to factory settings, I was getting feedback from the outputs and the cords were too short for me to alter my set up between standard and battle style. Additionally, my purchase had included an interesting DIY wiring setup which allowed for the tables to be set up directly through the road cases but this feature no longer worked. After an initial consultation, Scott told me how long it would take to resolve all of these items and made it happen super fast! My turntables are so, so happy now and I am super inspired to work hard and practice.Listen up DJ's and audiophiles: This is the guy to send your business. Very reasonable pricing and trustworthy. This was the best experience ever! I had a set of high end, home, speakers that were about 10 years old. One of the speakers blew and I couldn't find a replacement. I thought I would have to spend over $2,500 for another set until I found Repair DJ Gear. The speaker was fixed for under $100. I love this service! RDG totally saved my butt! In working with electronic DJ gear, things are bound to break overtime. Instead of sending the unit into Pioneer or Traktor or Numark, RDG is the best avenue to go. They were able to fix my unit within a few days of dropping it off, and it has worked flawlessly ever since. If you were to send it into the manufacturer, it would take weeks, if not months, to get your unit back from them and you would have to deal with shipping and handling charges.
