with in the first 5 minutes of my first treatment with Melissa, i was flying. body treatments are a familiar experience, but i've never had one like this before. very quickly i was relaxed, and traveled to a completely different place, my eyes were closed and i was in the cosmos-seeing beautiful colors, purples, pinks and shining stars, including some shooting stars. it was a truly unique and magical experience. after the treatment i left feeling more in touch with my body, relaxed with an air of floating. highly recommended ! What inspired you to start your own business?
I love reflecting on this...
Since I am a child I have been passionate about eco and social innovation (I didn't call it that until recently!), I loved people and nature and naively didn't understand why we wouldn't want to care for each other. In my late 20's I made a commitment to honour that little girl inside of me and I quit my full-time job within Renewable Energy to be more in integrity with my values.
The dream led me to Israel/Palestine where my heritage is and I co-directed a peace centre ~ that's how I got into conflict transformation. I slowly started seeing a pattern with polarisation around the world and became more inspired by systemic impact and collaboration. I've been working within eco and social change for 15 years, and within innovation for 6 years now.
I just love it, I love the potential we have to innovate for sustainable impact when we are intentional.
It organically grew and now there is no way back, I'm stuck in working towards a life in integrity to my values :)
Why should our clients choose you?
We will choose each other. The connection and desire to work together must be mutual. I only work with people who want to work with me and whom I'm excited to work with. Exactly like dating, you don't want to date someone who doesn't want to date you and vice versa.... and if its the case for you, thats ok - lets see if we can change that pattern together.
I want our sessions to be very human, this means all of you is welcome - the gritty, and messy and ugly - it makes great compost! Let's plants some seeds together.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Most of my clients were seeing me online pre-covid as I work with people from around the world. So not much has been changed, I'v become a bit more creative with how I work :)

This first call is for us to connect and get a sense if we want to work together. We will use most of this time for you to share a bit about your situation and why you want support? My job, is to mostly listen and ask questions. Before we end the call, I'll give you some options of how we could work together or next steps.
My approach is integrative and holistic, once we have build up a trusting foundation I will use both coaching and therapeutic techniques to support you. We work together and go at the paste that you choose.
My primary aim, always, is to create a space where you feel safe and that all you bring is received with empathy and care.

What to expect from this call? Good questions!
This call is for those of you coming as a couple, working partners or family members to explore your relationship. You might experience a transition, a painful crises or perhaps wanting to build a strong foundation.
Whatever you are bringing, its all welcome.
This first call is for us to connect and get a sense if we want to work together. We will use most of this time for you to share a bit about your situation, holding that you both get to share equally. My job, is to mostly listen and ask questions.
If we decide to continue to work together, my usual recommendation is to start with 5 sessions every week or every 2 weeks depending on your situation. We then evaluate what is needed. Some partners choose to stay in therapy as a safe foundation, usually monthly sometimes quarterly.

I have in the past spoken on several panels about my journey as a mediator in Israel/Palestine as well as within my work in adaptation.
My public speaking often mixes humour, vulnerability, poetry, references from science and with a participatory edge.
I have spoken at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Sweden, several conferences and universities including Imperial and Kings College.
