What do you love most about your job?
For the past few years I have been building a hospitality business and my real love is running residential retreats where individuals and small groups can 'reinvent' themselves away from their usual environment and benefit from an integrated 'holistic' approach to change working on their health and fitness as well as their business, career or personal issues. We can provide this at Ayuda House a residential retreat house in Bowdon outside Altrincham. This can be the best approach if someone 'hits a wall' in their life and is at crisis point. What inspired you to start your own business?
I have run my own business for as long as I can remember as I have a strong entrepreneurial streak. Ayuda means help in Spanish and Ayuda Group my current brand is all about helping you in your life, in your business and with your team - more info on my website.

Not only am I highly qualified and experienced I have gone through many challenging life situations including clinical depression, divorce, cancer, business collapse and restructuring. I was a single parent for nearly a decade and nearly lost everything due to being caught in fraud. There is nothing that can shock me! These life experiences have given me more wisdom and more compassion to help others recover from similar crises.
