As a counsellor I can offer a range of holistic therapies, covering many issues including Anger, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Low Self Esteem and Post Traumatic Stress Disorders.
As a consultant I come with 30 years experience of teaching, researching, training teams, facilitating leadership development and assessing personality in order to help manage organisational relationships. I can also offer coaching in managing life and career issues.

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and being able to help them to solve their issues through various talking therapies. It is such a rewarding job when people get healed and can function and grow in every area of their life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to start my own business because I was fed up of being a little fish in a large pond and not being intrinsically rewarded for what I was doing
