WOW! Mel and Ian made our 5 tier wedding cake using different flavours and sponges per tier. The flavours were AMAZING and the design and detail was out of this world! ! They exceeded our expectations and blown our guests away. Their service was professional and friendly throughout. Mel's Amazing cakes absolutely deserve their name! They made a breathtaking two tier cake for my parents golden wedding anniversary party. It looked so beautiful, and tasted delicious. I’ve had several cakes off Mel over the years and have always been impressed by the communication and service I’ve received. The person that left a one star review hasn’t a clue what he’s on about. I messaged them out of hours and still got a reply which is rare these days it seems. The cake itself was for my husband and featured a figure of him and our dog. Ive had several cakes from Mel and would recommend her to anyone knowing that she never disappoints. Cakes that i have already had include one designed as a Radley handbag, a three tier retirement cake, a massive butterfly cup cake, loads of different cup cakes and a few more too. Mel's amazing wedding cakes is exactly what it says!! Mel saved the day by making my cake when my cake maker let me down. She did an amazing job as we got married in Jamaica and wanted a jamaican themed cake .....it was amazing. It was also the nicest cake I've ever eaten and all my friends an family have said the same. Mel produced the most amazing cake I've ever seen, for my husbands birthday. She was very accommodating and did an outstanding job in the very short time (4 days! ) that she had. The cake was in the shape and colours of his ZapCat boat with edible models of us in it. The cake tasted superb and there was plenty of it! Mel did an absolutely fabulous job on TWO amazing cakes for hubby's birthday. I told her what kind of themes & She was back to me in no time with ideas and pictures. We needed gluten free sponge cake which tasted wonderful, decoration of both cakes was spot-on, beautifully finished & attention to detail was brilliant, a real WOW factor to the finished cakes.
