Meghan was the best decision I made for my wedding (besides my husband of course hehe). From the moment I first spoke to her through the entire process I felt like I had not only an amazing photographer but a friend. She helped so much during planning when I had questions on what worked best for timeline and such and she answered honestly but never pushy. Our engagement session was amazing and Meghan was soo easy to work with. She really put her heart and soul into making our images one of a kind and very much us. On my wedding day when she walked in I felt so calm knowing she was there to capture our day. Every picture was so amazing and we love how she made it seem effortless. The final images were beyond words. Every time I click through my pictures Meghan brings me back to the moments. From our first kiss, the moment my husband saw me, dancing with my dad and partying the night away these pictures are truly treasures and I can't thank Meghan enough. I could write a three-page review on just how fantastic Meghan is! From our initial meeting to getting our final pictures Meghan and her husband were the glue to our wedding. Meghan is extremely professional and even if you there is something you may not like about your photos, she will go out of her way to fix them. Her prices may seem a little high but trust me, for the quality of service and the individualized feel, you are getting quite a bargain. I could not recommend Meghan any higher. She is an all-star and will probably be doing many more pictures for my wife and me in the future. He husband is also HILARIOUS and was a big hit at our wedding. Booking Meghan as my wedding photographer was the best decision I made for the wedding. She was incredible!!! Absolutely all of my photos from my engagement session to my bridal portraits to my wedding were beautiful! ! Not to mention she was so nice and personable and great to be around (I even said after the wedding I was sad we wouldn’t be seeing her anymore)! She was also very efficient getting my entire wedding party organized for pictures and was a huge help organizing the day of. Meghan was amazing!! We met her at the Greensboro coliseum wedding show and she was so sweet. We later met to discuss everything and decided to hire her. She did not disappoint!! She had a second shooter with her and her husband helping as well. They were amazing with the whole wedding party including our dog, Molly, who we wanted to be involved in the day but that added another obstacle for her to handle. The pictures were so nice and she was so sweet - from the gift box before the wedding telling us everything would be great to the Christmas present she sent us. Not to mention how fast we got our pictures and albums! I've heard nightmares from people where it took a year to get their albums and pictures but not for us. She was efficient, prepared and the albums were so perfect! I tried to write this review earlier (we were married in May) but had technical difficulties. If I could give more than 5 stars for Meghan, I would! I felt like a valued customer right from the start. She made the paperwork simple, she took the time to understand my event and priorities, and my pictures are beautiful! Meghan was easy to work with and maximized the use of our time. I loved our "staged" pictures which actually didn't look all that staged. She captured the joy and fun of the day which made those pictures come to life. I was also blown away by the "candid" reception pictures she captured. All too often these action shots seem pointless to me... why do I want a picture of someone eating. But the dinner, dancing, cake cutting, family group shots really came out better than I could have ever expected, and I found a number of my favorite pictures in these real moments of interaction with our guests. I got my pictures way before I expected them in an easy to access, no fuss with licenses, well organized fashion. When I shared them with family and friends, every single person commented on the beauty of the photography. The icing on the cake was Meghan's very upfront and reasonable pricing. For once, I feel like I got more than I paid for in her services. I'm simply thrilled and I will be saving her information for future portraits. More...
