I’ve been training with Kyle for almost 4 weeks now and I’m already feeling the benefits! I feel so much more energised and actually enjoy going to the gym which I have thought would happen He gives a really easy to follow nutrition plan that I can still be creative in the kitchen with and has helped me control my snacking. Also, he really pushes me to do my best in the training sessions, I’ve managed to do so many things already that either would have been embarrassed to try or never thought I could do yet! started out with kyle only 2 weeks ago and I am already feeling and seeing the benefits. Not only has he provided an easy to follow meal plan but he also has some fun intense work out sessions. can honestly say you get the feel that he is 100% committed to 'your' goal which really helps push yourself to get to where you want to be. After meeting with Kyle for a few trial sessions I decided to continue working with him. Kyle has shown me already that I can break through and beyond what I thought were my limits in the gym.

He's incredibly knowledgeable about routine and nutrition, and it's clear he really enjoys helping others achieve their goals.

Kyle is doing an amazing job with my very unfit self, pushing me to my limits but always making them feel achievable – even when I'm gasping on the floor! After just a couple of sessions I feel energised and eager to keep progressing with my fitness, and I'm so grateful for his patience and good humour. Started a 5 week transformation with Claire and after my first week I feel absolutely amazing. I have always struggled with eating healthy and exercising at the gym. Not only does this plan come with a full nutrition plan that is tailored to you but can also be adapted to cater for a family! The PT sessions has also given me a great understanding as to what exercises work best for my body and how Claire explains it now seems to make sense. She makes me feel comfortable and at ease but also pushes me to where I need to be. In doing all this I have seen great results in my very first week! Thanks sooo much xx More...

Great kids boot camp on Monday. Really friendly coaches and really motivational. Kids loved every minute and can’t wait till next week. Kyle and i came together over 3 months ago as i approached him due to his knowledge and excellent history of prepping clients. Kyle now one of my genuinely close friends and i smashed a 12 week prep to come 3rd in natural student physique championship. Having that knowledge behind me and second eye to oversee my body as it changed was priceless !! People like kyle truly devote their time and make it a priority for you to become the best you can. I came to Kyle 6 weeks ago wanting to build muscle mass along with a good nutrition plan. Already I am Happy with the progress he has given me. What I like about Kyle is that he knows how to motivate me, he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals. I've trained at Megawatt several times. It conveniently located minutes from Angel tube and is easy to find. They boast a good range of facilities from free weights, kettle bells resistance machines and cardio equipment. I was also happy to see that they have some boxing equipment that is available for use too. The staff are extremely helpful and the changing facilities of a really good standard. Firstly, I need to know your goals and specific target dates of when you would like to achieve your goals.

I will assess your body, lifestyle and career along with any boundaries that may be preventing you to commit to your desired goals. Once i've gathered enough information, I will be able to set a routine and plan of action to help give you set guidance.

Consistency & Motivation

First and foremost, having a goal that is realistically achievable set in place, narrowing down exactly how I will target my desired goals.
Understanding what foods to consume is vital, along with proper form of training and adequate amount sleep.

Absolutely thrive on clients achieving their targets and dream body. Nothing better than helping someone change their appearance, fitness and life in general.

I have worked in the fitness industry for many of years and thoroughly enjoy it, I couldn't see myself doing anything other. Important part for me is making fitness fun and becoming a community together which gyms do not offer. Working out should be exciting and have an aspect of socialism.

I want to make tailored health and fitness affordable but still offering the very best of services.

I have years of proven experience transforming physical and mental state of clients.

I will tailor workouts and nutrition specifically to your needs. Training sessions will be challenging but fun at the same time.
