I needed a new a new roof, gutters, replacement windows and new doors. I wanted to work with one company who could handle all my projects. I called Mega Solutions and spoke with Luke. He came out the next morning and gave me an estimate that same day. When I decided to go with Mega Solutions, Luke came out that day and finalized the work to be done. Luke has been so wonderful! We had some unusual issues pop up with our roof, and Luke very graciously came out to investigate several times, even though it's been a couple of years. (And here's the kicker: it was the fascia board, not even what he worked on, yet he still fixed it! Amazing customer service!) I cannot say enough great things about Luke and his crew from Mega Solutions! I hired them after seeing the amazing job they did on my friend's kitchen remodel (which included a house addition). Luke is simply the best, and so easy to work with. He is very reliable and helpful (always responded quickly to my texts and phone calls, kept me updated with the schedule of work to be done each week, and made good suggestions when I was unsure or undecided about something). I decided to hire Luke after having several different companies give estimates on new windows for an entire home remodel project. Out of all the companies that gave estimates, Luke was the most thorough and explained the window product options the best. I called Luke several times with questions during the process and he always answered my questions with great detail. Luke completed the whole home window project in one day from start to finish including meticulous cleanup. His workers were very nice and he was present the day of installation to make sure everything went smooth. Luke was very honest and replaced any wood that was rotted to make sure that the windows last a long time. In my opinion I could not have asked for a better experience. We needed a very small job done to replace a few pieces of window flashing and I called around the area and was getting people that kept saying the job was too small. We move soon and really needed to get this done and after calling Luke he said he could help out, no problem.
