What makes a great website?
Authenticity, a great website is authentically you. Being also a photographer I uniquely can capture you and your business through both the lens and my design skills which enables you to have a website that 100% captures the essence of your business.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Before we start any project we would meet - either on Skype or in person to chat about the details of the project. We would discuss things such as exactly what you are looking for, your vision for the project, the timescales, the format of the final work etc.
What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Without sounding too cliche - it's being able to see the magic in life.
Like most photographers I have a love affair with light, I almost exclusively shoot with natural light. I'm not a fan of flash, instead I prefer the way natural light can literally light up someone's face.
Being able to relate and connect to people is also very important - as that way you can bring out the best in people.
And of course - having the right equipment. I shoot with a Canon 5D Mk III and their "L" lenses.
What do you love most about your job?
That's an easy question, but the answer is similar to above - I love working with people and I love how we can work together to produce amazing images. It's something I never ever get bored of.
