Meg's classes are great ! I took my first prenatal yoga on Saturday and loved it ! I am also taking beginners yoga and yin next week . I have been in contact with her for 2 weeks asking her questions, etc & she Is always easy to talk to and quick to respond ! If you are pregnant looking to be active and meet other moms her prenatal yoga is your class ! I am looking forward to yin and beginners this week , she will be able to modify the movements because of the pregnancy. More...
