I provide a yoga that is so easy to do, it can be performed in (loose) street clothes--one that leads to meditation, encourages meditation, and lets you take a break by meditating (rather than by curling into a ball on the ground, in "child pose"). With this yoga, you are no longer held back by age, injury, or shape. In fact, it can help to remedy all three! (For experienced Yogis, I teach techniques that make standard asanas even more effective.)

Patience and persistence. A little bit at a time over a long period of time. It's how we grow OUT of shape, and how we grow INTO shape. (That said, intermittent fasting and diet changes can produce remarkable weight loss in a short period of time, while strength training can produce a remarkable difference in shape!)

Watching people's eyes light up as they discover the potential inherent in the practice, in the form of perceptible energy flows that make you happy!

As a student of the "Energy Arts" for 30 years, I learned a lot. But it was the *combination* of the practices I studied that was most effective. And as I practiced, a continuing stream of insights kept arriving. At the same time, sitting on the floor was uncomfortable! I was inspired to create a "yoga meditation bench" that makes yoga easy for beginners, but which can help even experienced practitioners accelerate their progress towards Lotus Pose (ideal for meditation, but not *required* for it)—a bench that turns out to be an *ancient tradition* in India, all but lost in the present day.

I will help you achieve your goals, in ways that make you happy *while* you are doing them. The idea is to give you the tools you need to develop your *own* practice--one that works for you, driven by your own insights and inspirations, so you rely on a teacher less and less.
