I’ve been attending The Whitehouse Clinic for treatment on and off for over 15 months. I had tried physiotherapy through the NHS but the appointments were weeks apart and no ‘hands on support’ was given. The first time I made an appointment at The Whitehouse Clinic was due to upper back pain and after this was successfully treated, I returned a few months later with lower back pain. Both times I've been concerned about the pain and limited movement I was experiencing and both times my physiotherapist, James Walker has been amazing. I totally trust James and he is gives me clear explanations and great support. Following James’ advice I’m able to complete exercises at home to keep upper back pain at bay and now attend weekly Pilates classes to improve my core strength. His advice has been priceless!I’m always able to arrange an appointment to fit in around work, the cost of the treatment is competitive and an invoice and receipt are always provided which helps me claim via Westfield Health. I took my 14 year old daughter who is a spring board and platform diver who was suffering with knee pain, and really struggling to jump, after a thorough exam and a series of questions Gregg reassured us that Amelia’s pain was due to growth, he then massaged the area and showed me the technique to do this myself, he gave her some treatment with the ultrasound and advice on how best to help with stretches, and home treatments, moving forward. The following weekend she became British National Champion 2018 on 3m, Silver Medalist on Platform, 3m Synchro and finally Bronze on 1m.We were delighted with the consultation and would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be going back again. A fantastic experience from start to finish, It is important we keep gems like this shop in Worksop. From the moment I stepped through the door I was made to feel welcome I had lots of help and advice during my eye test and the care the was given to me in helping me to choose new glasses as I was wanting to change my usual style. It was the little things I noticed, after my eye test there was an elderly lady who was a little unsteady an the staff got her a chair in front of a mirror and brought the glasses to her. Nothing felt like too much trouble, But the staff also gave you space to browse.Definitely looking forward to my next eye test, I’m already thinking of an excuse to buy more glasses as there was so many to choose from! I have been having acupuncture with Sally Fawcett while I wait for my hip replacement. I don’t think I would still be mobile if I hadn’t had this treatment. I had been treated at the Whitehouse previously and so I did not hesitate when I needed physiotherapy, following Radio Frequency Ablation on my cervical spine. Nanette was fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable and as well as the physio she gave me exercises to do at home, along with advice to aid my recovery. I now have both the knowledge and exercises to ease my pain between visits and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Whitehouse. This is enhanced further by attending Pilates at the Whitehouse with Joy. Again Joy's knowledge is outstanding. She is very attentive and ensures that exercise is carried out in a safe way. She ensures that everyone in the class gets some exercises specific to their problem areas. It helps me to maintain movement and flexibility whilst recovering from my operation. It's pays to get a proper review with a physio. I had a calf injury from playing football & followed a few links on YouTube to help heal the injury but the reality is that I'm not an expert & the injury didn't fully recover after 5 weeks. After a visit at The White House, they diagnosed the issue straight away, provided me with a 8 short videos that I could do at home via a app & I fully recovered within 2 weeks.
