After having a couple of meeting with local web developers, which were time consuming, and having had I have gone forward with one of those companies, I would have had to schedule out more time to meet up with them etc. Being self employed, time is money.So when I came across Mediacapsule, I was bit sceptical at the thought of the development done via email etc and not in person. However, surprisingly the designer brought the brief to life. And from the first review of it I was happy. Apart from a few minor tweaks and additions to the website, that I thought of later down the line of development, which were done (all via email) quickly and efficiently, nothing ever seemed too much trouble.Customer service and support were excellent and easily contactable with any queries and happy to help and advise either over the phone or via email.From a cost perspective, I was previously quoted probably 4/5 x the cost from local companies for the same package.And for myself as a small, home based sole trader, the package I received from Mediacapsule was perfect for my budget.
