I really enjoy the challenge of meeting the "fatigue" goals. The program is better than any I have been involved with before. Everyone is very supportive and encouraging. I love that it is practically 1 on 1, as they are there to give you feedback if you aren't exactly in the correct posture. Twice a week for 25 minutes is really easy to maintain, and I don't get burned out with having to do lots of reps multiple times and spending an hour there. More...

I started my fitness journey in November 2018 with losing 35 pounds so far with cardio and Keto and felt I would benefit from a personal trainer. MedFitness immediately came to mind. Richard, Joanne and staff are incredibly nice and easy to work with. They are knowledgeable and supportive, keep me motivated and accountable, and provide a wealth of valuable information. This concept is working very well for me. I have never felt an endorphin in my life and consequently hate working out. The routine combined with the reduced workout time required is so doable, I don’t dread going.

I decided to join MEDFITNESS after I completed PT for a broken femur near the hip. The personal attention and knowledge I have received from the team has helped me recover further. LOVE Medfitness! I joined after I was going to have yet another "new trainer" at the Perfect Workout making it 6 trainers in two years. I searched around and came across Medfitness - I wish I would have found them sooner. Joann and Richard are so professional, yet treat their clients like they are family. AM trainer Deb AWESOME!! First let me say, it’s nearly impossible for me (or anyone!) to find an excuse not to workout only twice a week, 30 minutes each time. I am at MedFitness from May to December and have been on this schedule for many years now. I have osteoporosis and take Prolia. After being on it for 2 years as required, I had my bone density scan. I’ve heard success stories from everyone who has taken it. I was delighted to hear that I had a 6% increase in bone mass in my lumbar spine and 8% in my femoral necks. My doctor said he was aware of good results with Prolia, but he had not seen numbers as high as mine after only 2 years. My Doctor is extremely pleased that I joined MEDFITNESS. I recently had my annual physical and this is what my Doctor wrote after my blood work results came back. "Lab work is excellent. Total cholesterol is down to the lowest level in 3 years. Blood sugar is stable. Continue (MEDFITNESS) exercise program". More...

This is hard to admit too. But at 72 years old Richard and Joanne have changed my life. I have lost 40 lbs, but more importantly learned how to eat the right food for health and maintaining the weight that I want. Blood pressure normal and almost completely off medication for high BP. I LOVE this facility and it's owners and I only wish I had discovered it so much sooner. Richard and Joanne and phenomenal and give you so much personal attention. If you are looking for a smaller, personalized environment without all the mirrors, noise, and crowd, please consider going for a free consultation. My husband and I began our MEDFITNESS journey a little over a month ago. We both decided to begin a healthier, stronger lifestyle. We both feel absolutely amazing and just signed on for a year! We love coming for the 25 minute workouts twice a week, as well as coming in for cardio on the other days. Richard and his staff are amazing. We look forward to coming in to do our work outs.
