We just placed our second order with meals by Chef B. My wife and I are foodies but unfortunately live in the dregs of food in South Florida; Wellington. With a new baby, we find ourselves spending a small fortune on delivery and getting delivered mediocre overpriced meal after mediocre overpriced meal. I discovered Chef B through a facebook ad and decided to take a look at his website. My wife and I typically eat a low carb, Keto type diet and finding quality food to accommodate our needs typically would have to made by us. I hate cooking and we end up with a ton of waste which I hate. Enter ChefB: I ordered a bunch of his Keto dishes and was truly impressed at both the quality, taste and portions delivered for the money. I also am a fan of BBQ and Chef's was very good. My wife and I are able to spend more time with one another and the baby after work thanks to this meal delivery service. We just had a birthday party for my 14 year old. It was mixture of kids and adults and this time I wanted to lessen the burden on my wife with the cooking. We usually have more food then we know what to do with and my wife cooks the majority of it and we set it up for our guest. Chef B recently catered a private dinner event for my sister's bachelorette weekend. We stayed at a rented house in Lake Worth, and even though, I had no clue as to what the house would provide or where anything was in the house, he handled every situation professionally and with charisma. He cooked a divine three course meal, from the delicious and delicate hors d'oeuvres, to a beautiful vibrant beet and goat cheese salad, and then two scrumptious entree options of freshly caught grouper and beef tenderloin, the ladies felt like royalty as we were eating. This menu was catered to what the bride to be loves to eat, and he totally hit the nail on the head. She loved it! The food was colorful and so appealing, not to mention mouthwatering and delicious too! When you're on vacation, cooking should be the last thing on your mind. Chef B recently catered a baby shower that was hosted for my sister in law. Not only was the service impeccable but the food was absolutely delicious! Everything from the bacon and caramelized onion tartlets to the grilled Alaskan crab gazpacho shooters were heavenly. Beyond Excellent ! My experience with Chef B was perfect in every way. We had a last minute BBQ party that turned into 50 guests. I hesitated between picking up trays of food at the local Publix or hiring a caterer. After checking out Chef B I decided to go with him. I am really happy with my choice. Chef was in constant contact with me regarding menus and was clear about pricing. I really loved the fact that he was so personable & help me tailor my own menu. He had less than a week to pull it together and kept me updated the entire time. The day of the event he showed on time as promised. My guests were excited to see a chef in the house as he set up the buffet table & garnished food. Little did Chef B know that he was the talk of the party for the rest of the night. There were several business owners at my table and many of wives were nudging their husbands to get his contact information. The food was indescribable ... i mean this in the sense of fantastically , perfectly cooked pulled pork, Applewood smoked BBQ chicken, Fondue Mac & cheese, 8 layer salad. The fruit salad platter was huge and filled down to the bottom with delicious , fresh fruit. Oh my , I have no words. My guests were blown away. There were many bribes that evening for me to find out "what did he put in this homemade BBQ sauce" .. "how did he make this salad dressing" The business owners talked about their horror stories of catering gone wrong at their own events and vowed to use Chef B. One said the group had to go out to dinner after their catered event because the food was bland and many left hungry. This was the opposite here. We had so much food that I invited 2 families over the next night for dinner. I will never ever buy a food tray again and I will use Chef B forever & we are already planning upcoming events. It's hard to say, much like asking which kid is your favorite right? Our Menu does Change seasonally, with Weekly Specials and our Catering Packages Change often. You can find dishes made in many styles: French, South American, Moroccan, Lebanese, Korean, Carolina and Memphis BBQ just to name a few on our Weekly Meal Delivery Menus as Well as our Catering Menus you could say that our ever changing Creative Menu is The Signature Dish! We also LOVE listening to client's requests and personalizing menus for Catered Events!

What do you love most about your job?
Working with amazing ingredients everyday coupled with the ever changing challenging landscape of the catering and meal delivery busienss. This business keeps you on your toes and for a busy body chef who's easily bored.. This is the perfect niche for Chef B and his talents!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I would have to say that working my way up from a dishwasher, prep cook, line cook, sous chef, to Executive chef at the age of 28 taught me that in order to really break into the next challenge I would need to be an owner. It's great to work for a good company and have lots of help, but the independance and opportunity of owning your own business is truly the ultimate risk / reward, and we're having a blast!
