Most uplifting, energising, fun training sessions I've experienced in a long time. Greg is incredibly motivational with the right balance of care and encouragement. Greg is a highly skilled professional personal trainer who has the rare ability to push you to your limits (and beyond!) while making it loads of fun at the same time. In addition to fitness, Greg has also helped me with my nutrition, resulting in me reaching my weight loss goal and maintaining that weight which I am delighted about. No more yo-yo dieting!! I'm enjoying taking part in trail races, road races and obstacle course races. I never thought I could, but here I am, doing it, enjoying it, and with Greg's training I'm definitely improving. Greg never settles for average. Every session is meticulously planned, based on your goals, and the improvements come quickly. I can't recommend Greg highly enough. Your goals become his and with his amazing skills, you'll need a new set of goals pretty damn quick as you'll smash them in no time! More...

I've been working with Greg as a personal training client for over a year now. He has given me excellent support in achieving my fitness and weight loss goals. There are many good things about Greg - he always shows up on time with a well-planned session tailored to me as an individual; he makes the session fun and motivating; he takes a real interest in me as a person; he has a great knowledge of physiology and nutrition which he brings to his training; he adapted his approach when I had a sports injury and helped me to recover so I'm stronger than before. I have worked with several personal trainers in the past and Greg is the best by a country mile. In fact, I couldn't imagine life without him - everyone should have a Greg! More...

I’ve been working with Greg for nearly 6 months now and honestly I wouldn’t be the person I am today without his guidance and his morale boosting! Starting a fitness journey is never easy, but Greg always finds the time to boost you back up when you’re feeling demotivated (whether that’s him noticing you struggling in a circuits class of 50 and giving you a bit more one on one time, or being available on WhatsApp at any hour when you just need to vent your frustrations!) his PT sessions are tailor made each week based on what we fancy doing or if we want to try something new, and although he works you hard, the time flies because you’re having so much fun! Highly recommend to anyone looking to start PT or just join one of his great classes, you honestly will not find such a great and encouraging man to go on this journey with! Before I met Greg I had given up on doing exercise, always claiming to be ‘too busy’ or doing other things that were more important. However, since working with Greg I have come to realise that your health is not something that you can take for granted and you deserve to give yourself a fighting chance to be healthy.
Don’t get me wrong it has not been easy but Greg has always been there to support in whatever way he can. He is always prepared with personalised work out for your strengths, development areas and ability which will help you to progress to achieving your goal.
Greg has the ability to motivate you when you need it but also enables you to motivate yourself and is always on hand to provide specialised, well-informed information to best support your journey. I can’t recommend Greg highly enough, and can’t think of where I would be without him!
