We found Daniela through a referral on Berkeley Parents Network after going through two cleaning companies that hardly swept the floors, didn't vacuum behind anything and couldn't seem to understand why we would want our dressers dusted. As a busy mom with a job in the city that keeps me away from home 12 hours a day, I was desperate for some help. I emailed Daniela and her first line in the response was, "We are happy you found us". Just reading that made me feel better. We went back and forth to schedule the first cleaning, and she didn't protest when I rescheduled (we got stuck in Tahoe in a snow storm..). The first clean was two weeks ago and I am *still* impressed with how great our house looks! Daniela didn't seem bothered by the tumbleweeds of golden retriever hair rolling through the house. I don't trust people in my house. I do the math when they tell me how much they charge and how long they work. I had hired cleaners that sent two Russian women and they were done in under two hours and nothing spectacular. I had to clean the house before they arrived because they would not lift up rugs. I felt taken advantage of so I went to the Berkley Parents Network to get some referrals. The reviews on Daniela were excellent so I decided to give her a try. She breezes into my filthy house, didn't say much and left saying she would contact me. I sincerely thought she did not want any part of my pig sty. I was shocked when she replied immediately and put in a low bid to do my house along with my refrigerator, she also listed how much it would cost for monthly services. Since it was the first time, she brought her mom. When I came home I was shocked. The house was spotless as in every rug, furniture, SOFA was moved and everything was cleaned under and over. Stove and all my appliances were spotless. Even my electric tooth brush was wiped down! This level of her cleaning was amazing. I then hired her when a tenant vacated his apartment and the neighbors came to tell me that Daniela worked non stop for hours! Needless to say, I cannot ever, ever let her go. What I thought might be a short stint is now a necessity in my life. I look forward to her cleaning my house. I wholeheartedly recommend her. More...
