Q&As

Start with medical history and postural assessment. Then we figure out short-term and long-term goals. Then I write them a program according to their goals along with meal plan. Almost everyone has some sort of postural disfuntion and most don’t even realize it, so I tend to address that first along with getting the client out of pain he or she may be in from either past injury or everyday life(like sitting at a desk for 8hrs or wearing high heels and curios why your back hurts).

Putting the science back into training and dieting along with consistency and proper programming to your individual needs. We are all so alike but yet so different, so pulling some program off the internet made for someone’s that’s already in amazing shape isn’t going to most likely work for you. You need to work with a experienced trainer!

Seeing people’s life’s literally change before my eyes and knowing that I had a part in that is honestly priceless to me. If I didn’t have bills I would do this for free.

My father who just recently passed was a navy SEAL that became paralyzed from the waist down and spent close to a year in the Spinal Recovery Wing at the VA hospital in La Jolla. I went there nearly everyday to visit with him and saw all these young’s guys coming back from Iraq with missing limbs, paralyzed and some even worse. After witnessing that I knew I had to do something to help so I changed my major and did a 6month intership at SCI Unit at the VA then got a job a sports medicine clinic called Fix Body Group where i became the direcrory of personal training in less than 3 months. Then after a couple years it was time for me to start my own business McP Fit.

Because i don’t do this for the money,
I do it because I’m extremely passionate about helping people live longer healthier lives, like I said earlier if i didn’t have bills i would do this for free. Plus I’m extremely good at what i do;)
